On-site services provided for chain stores and support for central systems
We provide large retail chains in Poland with complete installation and maintenance services, including cabling installation, installation of store IT system devices, periodic maintenance and ongoing hardware and software service. Thanks to the scale of our operations and the fact that our services are based on our full-time employees, we are able to ensure the highest quality and sufficient resources to carry out large implementation or modernization campaigns in the largest retail chains.
Our service network in Poland
Our service engineers are based in over 40 cities across Poland, ensuring rapid on-site response whenever it’s needed. In addition to hardware and software repairs, they participate in the implementation, training and modification of IT systems in stores.
Over 40 installation teams, located in more than 20 cities, carry out a wide range of in-store IT infrastructure tasks - including structured cabling, equipment installation, scheduled maintenance, and scale legalisation services.
Helpdesk
Our Helpdesk provides first or second line support services to several thousand of our customers' stores. It employs trained service technicians whose task is to register a request and provide immediate assistance by phone or remote connection.
For issues requiring on-site intervention, Helpdesk specialists diagnose and prioritize requests according to the SLA established with each client, then dispatch them to the field service technicians. The Helpdesk is also responsible for monitoring and first level service of the central systems we provide.
Support for central systems
For many of the central systems we provide, such as loyalty and electronic payment systems, it is necessary to ensure their continuous availability and high performance across all countries in which they operate. This is achieved through robust solution architecture and dedicated support teams responsible for installation, monitoring, maintenance and updates.
