Supported electronic payment types
In addition to payments with standard payment cards of the largest card organizations, the EFT Hub supports Google Pay and Apple Pay, international fleet card payments, such as UTA, DKV, LogPay, E100, as well as BLIK mobile payments.
For card payments, cash back and DCC are supported. So is two-step payment processing, with pre-authorisation and authorisation closure used for self-service at gas stations.
You handle your own gift cards
The entire process of handling retailer’s own gift cards is carried out by the retailer independently - from issuance, admission to sale, sale and top-ups in stores, payment handling, to reporting and settlement.
Gift cards can be sold to individual and B2B customers, issued on customer returns or used as employee cards. The API we provide enables gift cards to be sold and paid with in e-commerce.
Centralized architecture
The entire logic of transaction processing and acquirer communication is located on central servers, working with a thin client application on PIN pads.
This approach is advantageous in terms of monitoring, management, reconfiguration, development and settlements. It also makes it possible to increase the availability of the service.
Security confirmed by certification
Our ASERV payment application, which is part of EFT HUB, has a certificate of compliance with PA SSF standard.
The environment in which we host ASERV servers for selected clients undergoes annual PCI DSS certification. In cooperation with selected acquirers, we provide a P2PE compliant solution.
An application for a PIN pad
The ASERV system requires a thin client application on the PIN pad. It is possible to use the application provided by the acquirer, or to have the acquirer or the retailer purchase our application.
We develop applications for various models of Verifone and Ingenico countertop, mobile and unattended devices.
Advantages of our solution
Multi-acquirer operation
Simultaneous cooperation with multiple payment transaction processors.
High availability architecture
Two independent and scalable server environments dedicated to each retailer ensure continuity of transaction service.
Central monitoring and control
Transaction processing in the entire retail chain is monitored online. A central database stores all transactions, both completed and not completed.
Settlement control
Verification of data consistency between the POS system, the authorisation server and the transfer from the acquirer.
Simplified operation
No day closing or report printing on POS or payment terminal level. No disturbances in case of PIN pad failure during the day.
PIN pad as a POS communication channel
The PIN pad can be used for two-way communication with the customer. It can display advertisements or information about the receipt, or show questions related e.g. to the loyalty system.
