Rossmann is the largest drugstore chain in Poland, experiencing dynamic growth. In 2024, the company opened 164 new stores, bringing the total to over 1,900 locations. Revenue also saw significant growth, increasing by 2 billion PLN to 17.9 billion PLN (approximately 4.2 billion EUR). At the same time, the number of Poles visiting Rossmann’s brick-and-mortar stores daily rose to 1.12 million.
We began our collaboration with Forcom by implementing the ASERV system. Based on the positive experience of this partnership, we gradually adopted additional solutions offered by Forcom.
